Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the PPMSiMS early-access list on ppmsims.com. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
PPMSiMS is a product of Consolidated Service Industries Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 02968226, registered office 42 Lytton Road, New Barnet, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5BY. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form:
- your name
- your work email address
- your organisation
- which description fits you best (for example, training or consultancy firm)
- anything you choose to write in the message box
We also keep a record that you ticked the consent box, and when.
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites: no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. [TBC: re-check once the sign-up form is connected to the mailing service, in case its form adds a cookie.]
Like almost every website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs of visits (such as the IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to identify you. [TBC: confirm with Cloud Next how long their logs are kept.]
What we use it for
- to contact you about early access to PPMSiMS, including a walkthrough and pilot events if you asked about them
- to send you short, occasional updates about PPMSiMS, no more than once a month
We do not sell your details, share them with other organisations for their marketing, or use them for anything else.
Our lawful basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Each works under a written agreement that limits them to handling your data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we have not been in touch with you for two years, we delete your details.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to the contact address above and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
